Welcome to Kosmetik Club. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Kosmetik Club. Kosmetik Club operates this store and website using the Shopify platform. All information, content, tools, products and services made available to you through this website are referred to as the “Services”.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Services and define your rights and obligations as a customer.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered by Kosmetik Club. Any conflicting terms proposed by the customer are hereby rejected unless expressly agreed otherwise.
2) Access and Account
By using our Services, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence. To place an order, certain personal information such as email address, billing, payment and delivery details may be required.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete and up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login details.
3) Products
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, product appearance and colors may vary depending on the device or screen used by the customer.
All product descriptions and availability are subject to change without prior notice. Kosmetik Club reserves the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.
4) Orders
By placing an order, you submit a binding purchase offer. An order is considered accepted only after payment has been received and the order has been confirmed by Kosmetik Club.
Once an order has been confirmed, cancellation may no longer be possible. Returns and withdrawals are governed exclusively by our cancellation policy.
5) Prices and Payment
Unless stated otherwise, all prices shown are total prices. Value Added Tax (VAT) is not shown in accordance with the small business regulation (§19 UStG, Germany).
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6) Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs clearance or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the goods have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
7) Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of Kosmetik Club until full payment has been received.
8) Warranty and Defects
Statutory warranty rights apply. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
9) Promotional and Gift Vouchers
Promotional vouchers are valid only under the conditions specified at the time of issue. They are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
10) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
11) Alternative Dispute Resolution

Kosmetik Club is neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
