Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, please use your own shipping label and send the products back in the same condition in which you received them. Items sent back without a prior return request cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason. As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

General Information

• Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods.
• Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If the original packaging is no longer available, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection during transport.
• Please do not send items back to us with postage due.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
